In two hours I can try to fix the problem via Teamviewer on your Computer if that fits you

If someone else also has that problem: Install all Windows Updates from your Computer!
The root cause of that is a bugged Windows API. One of the updates should fix that

i have installed ALL the windows updates, i have turned off my firewall, turned off my antivirus (it does not even have a second firewall), i ran it at xp sp3 and as an admin, i have reinstalled the latest flashplayer for every browser i have (IE, firefox, chrome) and it still does not work...still "Couldn't load plug-in." (I have also reinstalled Golem like 15 times, restarted my computer 3 or 4 times, i turned of the aero design i have tried every freaking thing i could imagine)

The problem is known.
I also know what it causes.
I need to find a workaround for it because it is not really a bug in the Code
